Arsenii Zubovich
A field coffee scientist with a relentless curiosity, he has traveled to over 30 countries studying coffee cultivation, terroir, and regional techniques. His work focuses on how climate, soil composition, and altitude shape flavor profiles, giving him a deep understanding from farm to cup. Known for hands-on exploration, he spends more time in plantations than labs, chasing the perfect bean across continents.

“Most people taste coffee, I analyze it as a dynamic system of volatile compounds shaped by altitude, microbial fermentation, and mineral uptake, every cup is essentially a chemical signature of its environment.”
Max Burtyn
A community-driven coffee expert dedicated to connecting farmers, roasters, and enthusiasts across borders, he builds networks that strengthen the global coffee ecosystem. With a deep respect for origin stories and local traditions, he works directly with growers to share knowledge and create fair, lasting partnerships. His mission is simple: bring people together through coffee and ensure every voice in the supply chain is heard.

“Coffee is a network of people, and the closer those people are connected, the more honest every cup becomes.”
Andreas Vrontis
A field videographer and extreme survivalist who documents coffee at its source in the toughest environments, from remote jungle plantations to high-altitude farms. He operates with minimal gear, adapting to harsh conditions while capturing raw, unfiltered footage of the journey from plant to cup. His work focuses on authenticity, showing the realities behind coffee production without staging or compromise.

“I film where conditions strip everything down to essentials, and coffee becomes just another variable in the system you either adapt to or fail against.”
Viktor Zinovskii
A contract lawyer who works within the coffee trade, helping producers, buyers, and partners build clear and fair agreements. He specialises in contract law and focuses on protecting the interests of farming communities while keeping supply relationships transparent and legally sound. His work helps ensure coffee is sourced ethically, with proper terms, accountability, and respect for the people behind the product.

“Ethical coffee isn’t a story you tell, it’s a contract you can prove.”
How We Work
The Holy Coffee Project works because each person brings a different piece of the picture. Arsenii studies the science behind coffee in the field, from soil and climate to the way each region shapes flavor. Max builds relationships with farmers and communities, making sure knowledge, trust, and real connections sit at the center of the project.
Andreas captures the reality of coffee production in the wild, showing the places, people, and challenges behind every cup. Viktor makes sure that when partnerships are formed, they are fair, transparent, and ethical for everyone involved. Together, they help the Holy Coffee Project community see coffee from every angle, making it a story of science, people, exploration, and trust.
